About the Internship
Are you a motivated, communicative person with a passion for international work environments and sales? As a Sales Executive Intern at Workwide, you’ll support our team in acquiring new clients, engaging with decision-makers, and contributing to exciting projects that shape the future of agency recruitment. You’ll be working closely with our CCO and be a key player in our sales process from day one. This is your chance to already gain valuable B2B sales experience during your studies—an excellent stepping stone for your future career.
What you will be doing
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and key stakeholders across Europe.
- Outreach & Social Selling: Reach out via phone (preferred), email, and LinkedIn to spark conversations and book meetings.
- KPI-Focused Work: Work towards clear monthly goals for outreach, leads generated, and meetings scheduled.
- Sales Meetings: Schedule meetings for our CCO and actively participate in them to learn and contribute.
- Client Management (Later Stage): As your skills grow, take on more responsibility in leading meetings and preparing tailored offers.
- Sales Support: Collaborate on strategies, proposals, and improvements to the sales process.
What we are looking for
- Language Requirements: Native German speaker with business-level English skills (essential).
- Educational Background: Studying Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Skills and Traits: Structured, energetic, and results-driven approach to work.
- Interest in Sales & Recruitment: Enthusiasm for B2B sales, recruitment marketing, and international environments.
- Previous Experience (a plus): Any sales experience, especially in recruitment, media, or sourcing, is beneficial but not required.
