Our Recruitment process

  • If your application stands out, we will send you some questions to get to know you a bit more.

  • After reviewing your answers, we will invite you to the first interview. You’ll have the chance to connect with a team member in a 45-minute video call on Microsoft Teams. This is a great opportunity to share your story, motivations, and what makes you a perfect fit for our team while learning more about the position!

  • If you proceed to the second step in the recruitment process you will be invited for your next interview. The interview takes between 1-1,5 hours and will be with one of our co-founders. 

  • If everything goes well, we will make you an offer, and your adventure in sunny Málaga is about to start!

  • If you have applied for a senior role, you can expect a more comprehensive recruitment process. We prefer to meet you in person (at least once). A few conversations or interviews with specific topics and you will get to meet several team members before the process is finalized.
