Our Recruitment process

When we find your application interesting we will send you some questions to get to know you a bit more.

Shortly after you have answered our screening questions you will be invited to a 20-30 minutes phone conversation or video call. This is great opportunity to present yourself, why you applied and to ask any questions you might have about us.

You will meet someone in the team for your first long interview to get to know more about the position and you will have the possibility to tell more about yourself. The interview normally takes around 1 hour. through video call or in-person.

If you proceed to the second step in the recruitment process you will be invited for your next interview. The interview takes between 1-1,5 hours and will be with one of our co-founders.

If you have applied for a senior role, you can expect a more comprehensive recruitment process. We prefer to meet you in person (at least once). A few conversations or interviews with specific topics and you will get to meet several team members before the process is finalized.
