About the Internship
Are you a communicative, service-minded person with a passion for international work environments and supporting others? As a Candidate Engagement Intern at Workwide, you'll be a key part of ensuring job seekers have a smooth and positive experience. You’ll support our team by handling communication across phone, email, and social media channels, helping candidates at every step of their journey.
This internship is ideal if you're studying Communication, HR, Psychology, or a related field and want to gain valuable, real-world experience in an international recruitment and talent engagement setting.
What you will be doing
- First-line support for job seekers via phone, email, and chat
- Help guide candidates through the job application and relocation process
- Monitor and respond to messages in our social media inboxes
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates to the right roles
- Propose improvements to enhance the overall candidate experience
What we are looking for
- Business-level English (essential)
- Currently studying Communication, HR, Psychology, Business, or similar
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable handling phone calls and written communication in a professional manner
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail and empathy
