💼 About the Job
As our Engagement Specialist, you’ll help build and manage our online presence to attract candidates to life-changing career opportunities abroad. You’ll be responsible for publishing job-related content, interacting with potential candidates on social media, and responding to messages across platforms. You’ll also support our recruitment marketing efforts by writing ads and helping manage automated communication flows.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a flair for content, and an interest in recruitment or marketing. Your main areas of responsibility include:
- Managing our presence across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Publishing social media posts, stories, and reels that drive engagement and applications
- Actively responding to comments, DMs, and questions from jobseekers
- Writing and translating job ads, email campaigns, and landing page copy
- Supporting candidate engagement through email and WhatsApp campaigns
- Collaborating with recruiters and marketers to ensure we’re attracting the right candidates

🌟 Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to communication
🌟 Meritorious Skills
- German language skills are a plus
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or social media roles
- A basic understanding of content creation tools like Canva
- University degree, preferably in communication, business administration, or marketing.
- International experience from living, studying, and/or working abroad.
